H ΑΕΚ δημοσίευσε το μήνυμα του Χένινγκ Μπεργκ προς το οικοδόμημα των «κιτρινοπράσινων».

«I would like to thank the President Mr Andros Karapatakis for the opportunity to be Head Coach for AEK Larnaca and the cooperation during the season.
I signed a 10 months contract last August and I have enjoyed working in AEK Larnaca.
I want to thank Xavi and Evmeos for the cooperation and a special thanks to the staff and the players for all the hard and good work.
The team got better and better during the season, ending up winning the cup final on the last day.
A final thank you to the people of Larnaka. You supported and helped the team throughout the season. The amounts of support for the cup final was great and in the end we could celebrate the cup win together.
I wish the everyone at the club all the best in the future.
